Despite the fact that breastfeeding a child never hurts but still the nipples get cracked or bled sometimes due to breastfeeding. Treatment
To avoid soreness, one of the most important things to take care of is nursing frequently, at least after every two hours. Take good care of hygiene before and after breastfeeding the baby. However, do not forget to hand express or pump before breastfeeding. Avoid skin fit dress and during the breastfeeding the baby, open both sides of the bra to evade friction or improper latch.
