FOODS TO EAT FOR ANEMIA

Anemia is a decrease in number of red blood cells (RBCs) or less than the normal quantity of hemoglobin in the blood. Haemoglobin is made up of haeme (iron) and globin (protein) which is required for supplying oxygen and nutrients to all parts of our body.A proper, well-balanced diet is very beneficial for anemic people.
